Support HR manager in Recruitment using various tools including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Placement Agencies, IJP, etc.
Support HR manager in executing various Training Programs
Support HR manager in ensuring timely submission of PMS by relevant Staff
Support HR manager in other HR related Projects on pan-India level
Keep relevant HR MIS updated

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 1-2 yrs experience in Recruitment and / or Training
Education: MBA/PG/Masters in PM/HR
Male/Female candidate
Own vehicle a must
Preferably staying in PCMC
Able to effectively communicate in Hindi and / or English
