Job Profile

  • Drive Business goals for self-area in a systematic and planned way.
  • Create and drive enablers to achieve short- and long-term business goals.
  • Create monthly/qtrly business plans/routes, activities for executive reporting & ensure adherence to plan.
  • Regular planned joint market visits with Sales Executives/SSEs. Minimum 16-20 days of market visits.
  • Build good knowledge of market dynamics, product knowledge of self and team to create awareness in the market.
  • To focus on demand generation activities (carpenter meets, Shop boy trainings, sites scouting) to achieve business goals through the team.
  • Monthly analyse sales data and review team members for action plan/course corrections.
  • To keep market outstanding in control as per decided Rules.
  • To ensure that Weekly cycle of Sales is strictly adhered to
  • Drive Range selling of all product categories relevant to the market.
  • To methodically increase the reach of EUROPA products throughout the assigned market
  • Number of Dealers handling –Minimum 150
  • Responsible for OD Activities like- Recruitment, Training, PMS, GFCF etc.
  • Branch/ESP/C & F handling- tickets closer
  • Observe competition activities/progress and report to RSM to create counter plans

Candidate Profile:

  • Ready to relocate across state.
  • Post-Graduation is Preferable.
  • Experience- between 3-7 yrs. in channel Sales/Project Sales
  • Two-wheeler with License is Must.
  • Good communication skills
  • Team Handling experience is must.
